I’ve never had a facial before… Is this for me?

Absolutely. Every treatment is completely tailored, whether you're a seasoned facial lover or it's your first time. We'll start with a chat, go at your pace, and make sure you feel calm and cared for throughout.

How do I book?

Where are you based?

The pod is tucked away at the bottom of my pretty garden in Alford, Aberdeenshire. You’ll get clear directions and parking info the day before your appointment.

What should I wear?

Something comfy – PJs are totally welcome! Once you’re on the bed, you can stay fully clothed (except for shoulders). Everything here is designed to help you relax.

When do I pay the remaining balance for my facial?

At the end of your appointment. I accept card or cash.

How long will my facial last?

Around 60 minutes. But I always leave time either side so you’re never hurried in or out. This is your moment and I’ll never cut it short.

Can I buy the products you use?

Yes! I use Tropic Skincare in all treatments and many of them are available to buy. You can also take a piece of the pod home with you - my signature candle. Visit the Products page for details.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

I do - physical and digital. You’ll find moore info on the Products page. Or you can email me to arrange something thoughtful and personal.
