Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Life happens, though — so if you're unwell or something unexpected comes up, just let me know. I’m always happy to reschedule where needed, with kindness and understanding.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Whatever makes you feel most comfortable! I recommend comfy clothes, and if you're booked in for an evening appointment, you’re very welcome to arrive in your pyjamas. This is your time to relax.

Should I remove my jewellery beforehand?

If you can, that’s helpful — but don’t worry if you forget. I’ll make sure you’re fully comfortable either way.

How long does the appointment last?

Your full appointment is around one hour, including a 15-minute chat at the start to get to know you, your skin, and your lifestyle. The facial itself is completely tailored to you, with no rushing — just time for you to unwind.

What’s included in a bespoke facial?

Every bespoke facial includes:

  • A full facial massage

  • Ice globes for lymphatic drainage

  • A hydrogel mask for deep hydration

  • A soothing Indian head massage

It’s all about creating a deeply relaxing, results-driven experience unique to you.

Will I be pressured to buy products?

Absolutely not. I only ever recommend products I genuinely believe will help your skin — and only if you want advice. I’ll never pressure you to buy anything. If you do choose to purchase products, I’ll provide clear guidance on how to use them, and ongoing support to help you get the best results.

Do you follow up after the treatment?

Yes — always. I’ll check in with you the next day to see how your skin feels and to share a bespoke facial plan just for you, including skincare suggestions and personalised tips. I'm also available any time after your treatment for questions or support — even if it’s months down the line.
